This is a German WW II hard holster in very, very good condition. See the 2nd photo with a close up of it's back.It's stamped on the back with 837 on the left side, 1942 with the letter P in the center and TO on the right. .I bought it 40 years ago, in 1983, with a Walther P38 1943 pistol. I no longer have the pistol, so I don't have a use for the holster. It also has the pull strap for lifting the pistol. This holster has an attached cartridge pocket, with the magazine still in there, aprox $50 value. The take down tool is stamped WaA140 and appears to be an original. See the close up photos.... |
