| WWII US Navy Recognition Miniature Models Japanese Navy Ships In Case. The 20 Japanese ships are mounted on wood slats that slide in and out of the case. Each ship has the Japanese class name of the ship on the bottom of each wood piece. I believe the ships are made out of lead. Just the one aircraft carrier weighs 14 ounces. The entire case weighs almost 12 pounds. Most of the ships are in very good condition. Some do have light rusting in places.
